Policy the agent checks against. meals up to $60 per person including tax and tip. Hotels up to $250 a night. Taxis, rideshare and public transport are fine. Office supplies and software up to $200 without approval; equipment over $200 needs a manager. Alcohol, room service extras and personal items are not reimbursed.
