This policy explains what JUST.engineer ("we") collects when you use just.engineer or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and we only collect what we need to reply to you and run the site.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, company, your message, your budget and timeline answers, and any file you attach. When you browse the site we collect basic technical data such as pages visited and browser type. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, and it sets cookies such as _ga. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first, and analytics cookies stay off until they accept. The contact page shows a Google Maps map of our office, and Google may set its own cookies when that map loads. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland see the map only after they accept cookies or choose to show it.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, prepare a proposal, and run any project we agree. We use technical data to keep the site working and secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.
Where it is stored
Form messages are delivered to our email. Attachments are stored privately in Cloudflare R2, our hosting provider's object storage, and are only reachable through links sent to our team. Attachments are deleted after 12 months. That storage is in the Cloudflare Asia-Pacific region. Google may process analytics data outside Vietnam.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records for as long as the law requires. Attachments sent through the contact form are deleted after 12 months. Google Analytics keeps event data for up to 14 months.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the site and our email, such as our hosting, analytics, maps and spam-protection providers, and only as needed to provide their service.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@just.engineer and we will reply within one business day.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
