Onepass, event ticketing in Vietnam
A ticketing platform that stays fair when a show sells out in minutes
Popular shows in Vietnam sell out in minutes, and the old way meant crashed pages, two fans paying for one seat, and paper lists at the door. Onepass now runs the whole sale on one platform: a fair queue, live seat maps, local payments and QR check-in.

The results
Measured by the client, over the period stated.
The challenge
When tickets for a big show go on sale, thousands of people hit the site in the same minute. Pages time out, buyers refresh and lose their place, and two people can end up paying for the same seat. At the door, staff check names against printed lists while the line grows.
Onepass needed one system that organizers could run themselves: build a seat map, open the sale, take payment through the gateways Vietnamese buyers actually use, and scan people in on the night. It also had to work in English and Vietnamese, and each organizer wanted their own branded page.
What we built
A waiting room that lets buyers in by batch, in the order they arrived. Each person sees their position and an estimated wait, and a refresh keeps their place. Once in, a buyer picks seats on a live map. A seat in someone's cart is held for 10 minutes and cannot be sold to anyone else, then payment goes through NAPAS or PayOS and the tickets arrive as signed QR codes.
Around the sale we built the tools to run it: an admin portal for events, seat maps, orders and content, a partner portal where organizers see their own sales, branded microsites with a shop and blog, and Onepass Manager, a mobile app that scans tickets at the gate and logs every scan. We kept it as one backend with clear modules instead of a dozen services, so a small team can ship weekly and deploy without drama.
